1. General Policy
All sales made through Rohima are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products, unless the item is faulty or not as described. This policy is in place due to the nature of our goods and covers all purchases, including sale items.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Your statutory rights are not affected. If you receive a faulty item, or an item that is not as described on our website, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at Email, e.g., m.qayum@rohimalondon.com.
Please include your order number and photographs or a detailed description of the fault. Upon validation, we will gladly offer you a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund.
3. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately. We can only process a cancellation if the order has not yet been prepared for dispatch. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it is subject to our general no-refund policy.
4. Return Postage for Faulty Items
If a return is authorised due to a fault or error on our part, we will provide you with a pre-paid returns label or reimburse the cost of standard return postage.
